First time going here for a lash lift. Well firstly she was very ruff, I felt pulling, pushing, pinching, the whole process was painful and she kept pushing my eyeballs in and irritating my eyes with my own contacts because of how much pressure she was putting! Then she got the stinky stuff they put for the lash lift (smelled like an 80s perm solution) and it was burning! This lady didn’t understand much English and couldn’t communicate well. So I let her know that she got some in my eyes and she responded with I need to leave it on longer. I said I know but it’s burning. So she finally understood with several ways of saying it and explaining. She took what felt like a wet Q-tip and was trying to clean it up. Boy did I regret telling her, she was rubbing the Q-Tip on my lower lid so hard and touching my raw eyeball! She even noticed how she put so much it dripped inside my eye and she did apologize. I have had lash lift done professionally elsewhere and it was a total different pleasant experience and amazing results! The final result at this place was uneven, the lashes weren’t brushed upward correctly unto the pad, it’s supposed to be brushed straight up and place pad as close to your lash line as possible. I told her it looked the same and one eye was done worser than the other. She continues to say that the time she left the chemicals work is correct. I said yes but your placement wasn’t done correctly. She then showed me the eye pad she used to explain that my lashes are short. The only thing she proved was that she’s been reusing the eye pads with several customers! It looked dirty and dingy with lash tint all over it ! (I didn’t get mine tinted, so that’s how I knew!) I’m usually a good tipper but this time , she’s lucky I even paid the full price for such horrible experience and results !
